Patient details:
PRE BREAKFAST
1 glass luke warm water (add 1 tbsp phylium husk + 1
pinch kalnwji + ½ tsp apple cider vinager) sock for 15
mints
Drink it 15 mints before breakfast.
SNACK
7 soaked almonds + 1 handfull of dry roasted
12pm-1pm
chickpeas + 1 cup black coffee (sugar free)
LUNCH Drink one glass luke warm water with ½ tsp apple cider vinager+
½ basil seeds+ ½ tsp moringa powder before 10 mints of lunch:
2pm-3pm
You can eat 6Tbsp boiled rice once a week with ½ cup
dal , 1 cup salad

1 cup green tea (sugar free)
DINNER Drink one glass luke warm water with 1tbsp lemon juice + ½ tsp
basil seeds before 10 mints of dinner :
8pm-9pm
1 week + 3rd week
You can eat 6Tbsp boiled rice once a week with ½ cup

Ingredients:
Chicken breast 150 gram
Turmeric powder as per taste
Salt
Red chili flakes
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Gram masala powder
Garlic cloves
Ginger
Vinegar
Soy sauce
olive oil
Method:
Marinate chicken breast with all these and set aside
for an hour to marinate.
Take a grill pan and pre heat it. Greece it with olive
oil.
Once hot, place the marinated chicken and cook.
