Greetings!

I would like to solicit the help of your association/cooperative in implementing

the nationwide vaccination program on November 29-December 1, 2021.

The Province of Iloilo will have a hard time complying with the targets set by the
national government without the help of private sector particularly your cooperative
/association.

We will provide the vaccines and the medical staff who will do the vaccination.

In this regard, it will be appreciated if you can assist the Province by mobilizing
your members and their families and bring them to the nearest vaccination site in your
municipality.

I know that you are willing to help in this endeavour, hence, kindly determine
the number of vacinees for this activity on November 29-December 2, 2021 .
