eBilling

For an enhanced billing experience, we have started to send you eBills even prior to the community quarantine, which we will continue
moving forward. To date, we have the following bill delivery formats and channels in place:
 Interactive Bill (iBill) – our next-generation, online, customizable & interactive billing portal
 GlobeOne for Business app
 Email

With many ways to get your electronic bill at your convenience, we will no longer send hardcopy billing statements effective immediately.

Digital Payment Channels

The payment experience has been enhanced to be more convenient, digital, contactless, and safe. You may now settle your Globe, Innove,
and Bayan bills through the following digital channels:
 Your preferred bank’s Corporate Internet Banking bill payment facility.
 Your preferred bank’s wire transfer facility.
 Paybill Corporate Payment

Likewise, in submitting your BIR Form 2307 certificate, this can be done conveniently online through our eCWT Portal.

In view of digital payment channels being readily available, we will no longer accept physical check and cash payments through collection
pick-up or over-the-counter Globe Store transactions beginning October 1, 2020.

We understand that introducing changes and transitioning to new processes may not be easy. However, we wish to assure you that we are
here to assist you as you transition to digital payments. Our Globe Business Account Managers and Credit Analysts are ready to help you
with your concerns.

Despite the current situation, we at Globe remain by your side so that together we will emerge stronger into the new normal. We are
committed to finding solutions aimed at continuously improving our services and making it more convenient to do business with us.
