Air Pollution

In our world today we face many problems and issues and air pollution is one of this. Air
pollution is unwanted chemical or physical materials in an area that negatively impacts the
environment. And there are many causes why it happens. Most common reason why pollution
happens is that it is because of human abuse of the environment. And the question is how we
can avoid or lessen air pollution? And as a student how can I reduce air pollution?

Air pollution is caused by solid and liquid particles and certain gases that are suspended in the
air. These particles and gases can come from car and truck exhaust, factories, dust, pollen, mold
spores, volcanoes and wildfires. The solid and liquid particles suspended in our air are called
aerosols. Vehicle emissions, fuel oils and natural gas to heat homes, by-products of
manufacturing and power generation, particularly coal-fueled power plants, and fumes from
chemical production are the primary sources of human-made air pollution.

Air pollution can damage crops and trees in a variety of ways. Air pollution can damage not just
to the environment but also to animals and most especially to humans. Long-term health
effects from air pollution include heart disease, lung cancer, and respiratory diseases such as
emphysema. Air pollution can also cause long-term damage to people's nerves, brain, kidneys,
liver, and other organs. Those are the example of diseases that can be triggered by air pollution.

Best Ways to Reduce Air Pollution is using public transports, turn off the lights when not in use,
recycle and reuse, no to plastic bags, reduction of forest fires and smoking, use of fans instead
of Air Conditioner, use filters for chimneys and avoid usage of crackers. Those are jus simple
thing but if we will follow those thing we can greatly help our environment. Changes in
environment starts from us people on how we take good care of our environment.

Air Pollution may not be a big problem if all of us will try helping each other and help the
environment. We should try our best to avoid things thay can destroy our environment. Even
though we wil say it just a small thing like burning plastics but let us always remember that big
things always starts from small things and before i will end this topic let me leave to this
message "Always do good even though others are not".
