Motivation plays a significant role in the process of learning a language.

Language teachers cannot

effectively teach a language if they do not understand the relationship between motivation and its effect
on language acquisition. The core of motivation is what might be called passion, which relates to a
person's intrinsic goals and desires. Successful learners know their preferences, their strengths and
weaknesses, and effectively utilize strengths and compensate for weaknesses. Successful language
learning is linked to the learner’s passion. And instructors do find ways to connect to this passion.
Likewise I have also been teaching English as a second Language to IGCSE and A Level students for past
15 years in Pakistan as well as working in the field of academics, curriculum planning and designing, and
my fondness and passion for the subject is growing with every passing day.

My interest to this job rose when I strongly felt the need of perusing this career at the International level
where your practical teaching skills are well catered. This did not suppress my desire to grow rather made
me determined even at the age of 43 to put my full dedication with my utmost zeal and zest empowering
my weakness with this powerful weapon of pursuing a lot of online certifications..
In today’s world, it simply isn’t enough to just earn a bachelor’s degree and expect to make a real
difference in the lives of your students. Teachers who earn their advanced degrees show a deep level of
understanding and commitment to the profession, allowing them to modify curriculum goals, adjust
teaching methods, and enter leadership positions to enact the system-wide changes in education they wish
to see.
Advanced degree programs give teachers insight into the theoretical and practical backgrounds that drive
their professions, learning how knowledge of education theory positively impacts their teaching practices.
By applying theory to teaching methods, teachers gain the benefit of seeing their students excel in the
classroom.

For example, the educational theories of philosopher Jean Piaget stress the importance of unique,
individual learning. Piaget understood that if a teacher was instructing a science lesson to six students,
those students would learn in six different ways. According to Piaget, teachers must assess their
instructional methods to discover ways to improve student outcomes.

Born and brought up in a country where women despite of the fact being given equal rights in so called
modern technological era are still being treated poorly and women like me on the other hand who have
the courage to face and cross this barrier trusting their abilities, being self-reliant at some point get stuck
due to the financial constraints of continuing their higher studies without proper funding.

Inspite of having a perfect family, dependents/kids for whom I’m trying to make both ends meet as well
as feeding my hunger for knowledge and professional grooming, now at this point I’m unable to fund my
professional studies along with my professional career.

I’m looking forward to pursue this degree at your esteemed organisation with fully funded scholarship so
later I can be an active member of this community delivering and catering the students to the best of my
abilities and knowledge and of course would be in a much better position to support my family as well.
