If you were developing a business continuity plan for your company, where

would you start? What aspects of the business would the plan address?
I would start by identifying potential threats and risks because this will allow me to go about the
business continuity plan smoothly. It is important to consider even the most impossible
circumstance because what will happen in the future is not always accurately predictable, like
the pandemic. When threats and risks are identified, it would be easier to plan an effective
response in such circumstances. The plan would most likely address the needs of the company
during the disruption in daily operations like production. Having said these, the plan should also
be modified based on the nature of the business.
