From Note# 9 onwards,

In pursuance of Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs OM No.

10/02/208-ECIV(MC) dated 07.03.2022 , it was requested from various
offices of CPWD where Shri Ranvijay had served from 2005 onwards, to
furnish the following information:

I. The amount of LTC claimed in respect of his parents by Sh. Ranvijay, ASO
for the abovementioned period.

II. The medical reimbursement claimed in respect of his parents by Sh.

Ranvijay, ASO for the above-mentioned period.

2. The requisite information was received from all the concerned

offices except O/o SDG, Chandigarh, for which reminders of even no.
d a t e d 03.06.2022 , 06.07.2022 and 08.08.2022 were issued to the
aforesaid office. A reply dated 13.09.2022 was received from the O/o
SDG, Chandigarh vide which it was informed that record related to LTC
claim sanction/bills in r/o Shri Ranvijay Kumar, ASO are not available in
the said office and were never handed over to them. Information related
to Medical claims was furnished on the basis of PBR available with them
but that was not sufficient to discern the Medical claims in r/o parents of
Shri Ranvijay Kumar, ASO. The O/o SDG Chandigarh sought copies of
medical claim bills from PAO (NZ), which informed them vide letter dated
19.09.2022 that the Medical Bills/Vouchers are retained in PAO for only
2 years and therefore, there are no vouchers available in this regard.
The same information has been conveyed by O/o SDG, Chandigarh to
this Directorate vide its letter dated 29.09.2022 .

3.    The information in aforesaid reply dated29.09.2022 received

from the O/o SDG, Chandigarh has been incorporated in the
consolidated reply prepared from the information received from other
offices, which is as below:
