2 EVALUATION AND QUALIFICATION OF OFFERS

The evaluation and qualification of the offers will be in charge of the Qualifying Commission made up of collaborators of
VISION MUNDIAL BOLIVIA, which will be nominated prior to the opening of envelopes.

2.2 ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENTS


The qualification of the Administrative Documents will consider the fulfillment or not in the presentation of requested
documents, the non-compliance will determine the disqualification of the proponents, it will have a value of 10% (ten
percent) in the Final qualification.

2.3 TECHNICAL PART, ENVELOPE “B”


The qualification of the Technical Part of the offer, will consider all the functional and technical requirements established
in the Annexes of this document, which weighted will have a value of 50% (fifty percent) in the Final qualification.

2.4 ECONOMIC OFFER


The qualification of the Economic Offer will consider all the economic requirements requested by WORLD VISION BOLIVIA
and that weighted will have a value of 40% (Forty percent) in the Final qualification.
To obtain the price rating, the score for each offer (i) will be obtained using the following formula:

Pbest = Lowest price of all the offers that would have approved the qualification of envelope “B”
Pi = Is the price of offer i.

The weighting corresponding to the price (40%) will be applied to the result obtained for each offer i, thus obtaining the
final score obtained by the economic offer i.

2.5 FINAL QUALIFICATION


The assessment of each of the requirements mentioned in the preceding paragraph will be the responsibility of the
Qualification Commission of VISION MUNDIAL BOLIVIA, for this purpose, the following distribution will be considered:

Administrative Documents 10 points


Technical Aspects 50 Points
Economic Aspect 40 Points
Total 100 Points
2.6 PENALTIES
The awarded bidder will be responsible for the economic damages caused to VISION MUNDIAL BOLIVIA, due to non-
compliance with the established delivery deadlines, duly verified between the parties.

If there are delays or non-compliance with the delivery terms, the SUPPLIER shall pay VISION MUNDIAL BOLIVIA a penalty
for each day of delay equivalent to 0.5% (Zero point Five percent) of the total Awarded amount up to 10% (Ten percent )
of the value thereof, except in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events duly verified and notified in writing and
accepted by VISION MUNDIAL BOLIVIA. The lack of notification will annul the SUPPLIER's right and VISION MUNDIAL
BOLIVIA will deduct the fine from the last payment to be made.
