Almaymaar is an innovative real estate company that helps you to find
your perfect property in all around the world. Choose us for your domestic
and international buying and selling of real estates.
The challenge was to develop a visual identity that would connect with
Almaymaar's niches:

Branding, Content, and Personal Branding.

For this, I created a specific color palette for each case. And when the
brand communicates in a general way, we can use this palette differently.
Therefore, enabling the brand to be dynamic and adaptive.

With bright and vivid colors, creating an efficient and detailed

visual system was necessary. So, I created a modular identity divided
into several separate blocks.

Based on the concept of the symbol, we reused it within the brand's

graphic materials. Creating a specific Pattern and some color palettes for the
transition between the brand's colors..

ENGLISH TYPEFACE :
CINZEL
Cinzel is a typeface inspired in first century roman inscriptions, and based
on classical proportions. However it's not a simple revivalism, while it conveys
all the ancient history of the latin alphabet it also merges a contemporary
feel onto it.

URDU TYPEFACE :
Jameel Noori Nastaleeq
Nastaliq is among the most liquid calligraphy styles for the Arabic substance.
It has short verticals with no serifs and long level strokes. It is made using
somewhat out of cut reed with a tip of 5–10 mm (0.2–0.4 in), called qalam
('pen', Arabic and Persian ‫ )قلم‬and carbon ink, named si ahi. The nib of a qalam
can be a piece of the inside to empower ink absorption.
