Series of 2022
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE OFFICE OF CONGRESSMAN
FERDINAND MARTIN “FM” ROMUALDEZ, 1ST DISTRICT OF LEYTE A (3)-
CLASSROOM BUILDING FOR CABATIANUHAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL,
BRGY. CABATIANUHAN, SAN MIGUEL, LEYTE TO ADDRESS ITS LACK OF
CLASSROOMS.
WHEREAS, the Barangay Council of Barangay Cabatianuhan conducted a special meeting on October
15, 2022 at the Barangay Hall, Brgy. Cabatianuhan, San Miguel, Leyte;
WHEREAS, in the said meeting, all teachers of Cabatianuhan Elementary School together with the
school head were present;
WHEREAS, during the meeting, Mrs. Valleramos, the school head presented to the body the need to
have an additional building of at least three (3) classrooms in the school. She mentioned that the
school evidently lacks classroom as presently it has still Temporary Learning Shelter used as

years due to presently constructed “Pabahay” in the barangay, situated near the school,
accommodating four hundred thirty (430) families, the school really need classrooms in
preparation.
WHEREAS, considering the situation, Mrs. Francesca Patotoy, Barangay Councilor and Committee on
Education motioned to forward the concern of the school head, Mrs. Ragonot, through a
resolution, to the Office of CONGRESSMAN FERDINAND MARTIN “FM”
ROMUALDEZ, requesting 3-classroom building for Malaguinabot Elementary School. The
motion was seconded by Mr. Ramil Agner, a Barangay Councilor;
WHEREFORE, on motion made by Mrs. Francesca Patotoy and duly seconded by Mr. Ramil Agner, be
