MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN PRESENT:

THIS MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT ENTERED into, by and between

UGOP PH, represented by SHAIRA JOY Y. MONTES, the Team Leader, herein after
referred to as FIRST PARTY.
and
ESTER B. PABLICO, School Head, San Miguel Central School, San Miguel, Leyte
herein after referred to as SECOND PARTY.
WITNESSETH
Whereas, a Memorandum of Agreement has been entered and signed between Ugop
Ph and the School Head of San Miguel Central School to support the school on the
implementation of the BRIGADA ESKWELA AND BE-LCP and to strengthen partnership
engagement to ensure learning continuity even in the time of COVID-19.
Whereas, the FIRST PARTY, volunteered to procure a copy printer that will be of
great help in the production of modules.

IN WITNESSETH WHEREOF, the parties to this agreement have read and

understood this agreement and bind themselves to its full support and proper execution and
has signed this agreement at San Miguel Central School, San Miguel, Leyte on October 5,
2020.
