PARENT ORIENTATION (PTA MEETING) FOR “NEW NORMAL”

NARRATIVE REPORT

 The school has successfully conducted the first PTA Meeting for the school
year 2020-2021. The meeting was an orientation to the parents about the
modality of being under “New Normal” set-up.
 There were 4 batches in the meeting. The first batch August 11, 2020 @ 8:00
a.m.)were parents from Purok Katipunan and Purok Recodo, second batch
(August 11, 2020 @ 1:00 p.m.) were from Purok Talisay and Purok Santol, third
batch (August 13, 2020 @ 8:00 a.m.) were from Purok Acasia and Purok
Sampaloc, and fourth bacth (August 13, 2020 p.m.) were from Purok Ipil-Ipil,
Bangkerohan, Timex, Veterance and Don Andres.
 The orientation was purposely arranged into 4 batches to limit the number of
parents who would come to school so that social distancing is effectively
imposed.
 The agenda discussed during the orientation were School Learning Continuity
Plan (SLCP), School Profile, Learning Modalities Budget and MOOE utilization,
Strategies on Learning Delivery, Distribution and Retrieval of GIYA,
Observance of Health Protocols, Responsibilities of Learners and
Parents/Guardians, Dry Run on GIYA Distribution, Monitoring of School
Readiness and other related concerns.
 The parents/guardians were made sure to have fully understood the agenda of
the meeting.
 The orientation ended with an Open Forum then Closing Prayer afterwards.

distancing and wearing mask is strictly observed during
the parent’s orientation.
