PTA RESOLUTION NO. 02

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HON. Mayor Eric Y. Palma to
allocate funds for SPECIAL EDUCATION FUNDS, amounting of
100,000.00 for the construction of GUINOMAN NATIONAL HIGH
SCHOOL READING CENTER, GUINOMAN, DIPLAHAN, ZAMBOANGA
SIBUGAY PROVINCE
Whereas, Guinoman NHS has no existing reading center where students could put
themselves in place for the tutorial reading and other related activities pertaining to
students’ remediation in language learning.

Whereas, the construction of reading center is necessary in order to uplift the mental
development of the students, particularly on the development of students’ reading and
writing skills.

Whereas, the capacity of parents and teachers to construct the reading center is not
available due to financial crisis of their living. It is prayerfully hoped that this could be
given consideration in sense that education is the only way to alleviate poverty among
the generation to come.

Now therefore, on motion of Ptr. Reynaldo L. Centino and unanimously seconded it was
resolved.

As it was hereby resolved, to pass a RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING

THE HON. ERIC Y. PALMA for the construction of GUINOMAN NHS READING
CLINIC”.
