NARRATIVE REPORT during the CARD DAY

1st Quarter
GRADE 7 - SAMPAGUITA

Our school Monte Alegre National High School conducted the 1st Quarter Card Day on
November 8, 2021.
Following the covid health protocol, the parents maintained physical distance while
waiting outside Grade 7 Sampaguita classroom. The adviser checked the attendance then
distributed the cards each parent. The parents were given a time to open and check the card of
their children and encouraged to ask for any clarifications regarding on the students’ grades.
The adviser instructed the parents to sign the back portion of the card and told them to visit the
subject teachers if they have any problems on the student’s grade. After the giving of cards and
signing of card day attendance, the adviser gave general feedback on the students’ status and
reminded the parents about their role in helping the students on their modules, the parents
were also encouraged to reach out to the adviser and subject teachers in case they will
encounter difficulties in understanding the modules while helping their children.
In general, there are twenty (18) parents in grade 7 class who cooperatively join this
important day of their child.
The Grade 7 class successfully distributed the reports card.
