Good morning Manager Brown,

As you know a small ARPA-SLFRF project has been proposed for the Washoe County Senior Services
division.    The purpose for the requested soft serve ice cream machine is to encourage participation in
social activities by Washoe County senior residents.    Staff at the Senior Center have explored options for
potential machines to purchase.    The cost of one portable soft serve ice cream machine is
approximately $15,000.

Please let me know if you approve the H.S. A. - Senior Services request for an ARPA-SLFRF project
totaling $15,000 for the purchase of one soft serve ice cream machine.
