1. Home > ReplaceEnter the word or phrase you want to replace in Find what
2. Enter your new text in Replace with (optional).
3. Choose Replace All to change all occurrences of the word or phrase. Or, select Find Next until
you find the one you want to update, and then choose Replace.
4. To specify only upper or lowercase in your search, select More > Match case. There
are several other ways to search in this menu.

Replace All replaces every instance of the Find word with the Replace word. A small dialog box
will appear to tell you how many replacements were made.

1-How to insert a Cover Page into a Word document
 Insert  in the Pages group, click Cover Page drop-down list will displaying built-in style templates
of cover pages; select the style you want-->make your changes to it.
 You can also get more cover pages by clicking More Cover Pages from: Office.com.
2-How to Create Custom Cover Pages
After designing the built-in style cover page template, press Ctrl+A (select all)
Click Insert Cover Page in the Pages groupIn the drop-down list, click Save Selection to
Cover Page Gallery ‫معرض‬.

3-How to remove created Cover Page


Insert  Cover Pages in the Pages groupIn the drop-down list, scroll down until you see the custom
cover page you created Right-click the custom cover page and select Organize and Delete.
Building Block Organizer dialog box will appear locate the custom cover pageclick Delete.

4-How to remove current Cover Page from a Document

5- How to add a page in Word


To insert a blank page into your document,
1. place your cursor in the last line you want a new page. For example, if you want a new page between
2nd and 3rd page, place the cursor on the last typed line of page two.
2. Click Insert.
3. Choose Blank Page and wait for a new blank page to open.

mouse button and highlight the area.
