ABSTRACT

This study was conducted with the objective to determine the level of effectiveness of

online distance learning among BTLED students and their academic performance

officially enrolled at the Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges for the school year

2021-2022. In this study, the researcher used descripted method to find out the level

of effectiveness in online distance learning of the BTLED student and their academic

performance. The study’s 35 students were chosen using total census and Slovin’s

formula. The statistical tool used percentage to be computed. Result showed that

online distance learning is highly effective because BTLED students find it

intellectually challenging. Moreover, online distance learning is effective among

BTLED students in Academic Year 2021-2022. Additionally, the effectiveness of

online distance education has no significant relationship with student academic

performance. It also revealed that most BTLED students had excellent academic

results, indicating they performed well in school.
