William Benjamin Mendoza’s Theory of Influential


Hostility states that hostility drives and influences a
person to work towards a particular goal. He stated that
anger or hostility provides a motivational benefit and
energy that can act as a driving force that will help
direct a person’s behavior.

Motivation is the willingness of a person to achieve


a goal. In common words, motivation is the force behind
people’s actions. Mendoza stated that there are a lot of
factors that drive a person to achieve their goals in life.
