Design Problem: A Proposed Gasoline and Car Service Station

The owner wants to build a business in the center district area of the province due to the rapid increase
of transportation. The client proposed a 54.0m south, 40.0 m west, 34.0 m north and 20.0m
(discrepancy of 7.0 m) and 30.0 m east. Create modern type design.

A gas station's principal function is to enable customers to fill their vehicles. A station may also be a
combination of a service station and a convenience shop. A station manager is responsible for serving all
of the demands of customers, whether they are fuelling up, having their oil changed, or purchasing
snacks.
