Alderstone Template Cutover Plan

A Production cutover requires detailed planning and careful coordination of multiple actors.
This document is intended as a template to support the planning of a Production cutover and the Emulated cutov
which should be performed prior to the real Production cutover.
This spreasheet allows you to specify FIXED times for the start of a sequence of activities and then dependencie
between activities.
The start and end times of an activity will be calculated based on the end time of the proceeding task and the
duration.
The ID of the preceeding task is shown int he PRE column, you may add multiple predecessors seperated by a com
the end time of the last ID in the list will be used for calculation.
The start times of fixed activities are shown with an underline, and we recommend you use this for milestones on
For example, the Data Migration Commences tasks is delayed to 8am to align with resource availability.
All Tasks muct have a unique ID.
Create a new row by copying and pasting an existing row, so that the hidden formulas are carried through.
