1:Our company's approach has been to divide advertising efforts evenly


between web banner ads and email ads and to give each region equal levels of
resources.
a) What are the weaknesses of this approach? 

As you can see through the data mentioned above, I think the area where we can improve is focusing
more on the Web ads as they can give us more potential customers because in today’s world, most
emails go to spam or people unsubscribe because in the emails the opportunity to create the focus on
the product is very less as people don’t have time to read all the email’s that they receive.
Web banner Ads convey more information and grab attention in a very less span of time in the current
scenario people tend to give more attention to digital posters or web banners rather than the text and
they also use social media platforms as they are the part and parcel of our daily lives, that gives us the
chance to attract more customers because we will get more visibility.

b) What changes would you suggest to our advertising plan? 


 As we can see the contribution of web-banner ads is much more than email as the
number of counts is also very high we can shift our slight inclination towards
enhancing the web ads but at the same time, we will try to improve the quality of
email as posters, catchy phrases rather than heavy texts.
 3 seconds is the timeline to grab the attention of the potential customers and within
the web-banner ads, we have to provide as much information also curiosity among the
customers so that they can visit or make the purchase.

In the west, region-We can focus on both email as well as the web as you can see in
the diagram we are getting approximately a similar amount of a number of potential
customers.
In the North: The target that we want to achieve in this region is very low in both
cases initially we have to find out the problem behind both ads not working as per
different regions. these can be identified and thoroughly analyzed by conducting
surveys so as to reach a rational conclusion based on which appropriate steps to
increase the performance.
