Respected sir Eliver,

With all my due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that the Senior
High School Department has decided to conduct a College Entrance Test Review for
Grade 12 students for this year. I will be a great initiative towards learning which will
help students to have additional knowledge and idea in taking college entrance test,
familiarized with different techniques, and they can even confident in taking
examination in different school or universities.  This review will not be limited to
students but their siblings or old students as well so in that way we can gather good
amount of pupil. There are 4 teachers in the department who will be teaching this
review. We have also had a lesson planner and sample questionnaire that we will use
in this review, which you can find in the attached file. I shall be really thankful to you
if you take interest in this project, and allow us to conduct this review. I shall be
