AFFIDAVIT OF RECOVERY OF TITLE

I, LYDIA C. PASTOR, Filipino, of legal age, widow and residing at Brgy. Biga I,
Silang, Cavite, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose
and say that:

1. I am the registered owner of a parcel of land located at Brgy. Sabutan, now

Biga, Silang, Cavite with an area of 258 square meters covered by Transfer Certificate
of Title No. (T-761554) 29970 and I was issued the owner’s duplicate of Transfer
Certificate of Title No. (T-761554) 29970, which I kept inside the cabinet in my house;

2. On February 25, 2022, I discovered that this certificate of title was missing. I
exerted all diligent efforts to find the same but I did not find it;

3. Thus, on March 2, 2022, I executed an Affidavit of Loss and the same was
annotated in the Register of Deeds in Tagaytay City with Memorandum of
Encumbrances under Entry No. 2022002275. Despite the annotation, I still continued my
search for my missing certificate of title;

4. Fortunately, on April 1, 2022, I discovered that original owner’s duplicate of

Transfer Certificate of Title No. (T-761554) 29970 was inside one of the boxes of my my
old files in the stock room of my house at Barangay Biga I, Silang, Cavite;

5. Thus, I executed this Affidavit of Recovery of the original owner’s duplicate of

Transfer Certificate of Title No. (T-761554) 29970 and I am now requesting the
Honorable Register of Deeds of Tagaytay City, to annotate this Affidavit of Recovery in
the original records of this certificate of title;

6. I executed this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing
statements for all legal intents and purposes this may serve.

AFFIDAVIT OF RECOVERY OF TITLE

I, WEALTHY CATOR ESTRADA, Filipino, of legal age, married and residing at

Adventist University of the Philippines, Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say that:

1. I am the caretaker of Spouses Elias Imperio and Emralina Pangan who are the
registered owners of two parcels of land located at Brgy. Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-5677 with an area of 241 square meters
and Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-77081 with an area of 500 square meters ;

2. The said original titles got lost and on November 3, 2014, Mr. ELIAS IMPERIO
executed an Affidavit of Loss and the same was annotated in the Register of Deeds in
Tagaytay City with Memorandum of Encumbrances under Entry No. 2014006716 and
2014006716, respectively;

3. On December 8, 2016, I recovered the aforesaid titles in their house in Brgy.

Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite;

4. Thus, I am requesting the Honorable Register of Deeds of Tagaytay City, to

annotate this Affidavit of Recovery of Title in the Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-5677
and Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-77081;

5. I executed this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing
statements for all legal intents and purposes this may serve.
