French Baccalaureate

1- MOHE Conditions and certificate requirements:

• The Student must achieve 12 years of schooling.

• The Student must pass in seven subjects (some subjects are divided in two, therefore they
can take 5 subjects); each subject has its own coefficient and note.
• A combination of the qualifying subjects plus the remaining subjects should be calculated and
we choose the highest percentage. We exclude the Arabic, ED.PHYS.SPORT, TRAV PERS ENC
and any subject without coefficient.

• The Qualifying subjects for the Medical Schools are SC.VIE TERRE, Physique, Chimie,
Mathematique and Anglais.
• The Qualifying subjects for the school of Social studies is Mathematique and Anglais.

• Each subject is calculated using this equation:

(Note+5)* Coefficient / Coefficient*20

• Min. to calculate the certificate (10/20) for the total of the whole subjects.

In case of applying for School of Information Technology:

• Applicant must pass 7 subjects in the high school

• Applicant must pass the following 5 Qualifying subjects; English, Mathematics, Physics,
Chemistry and Biology

• Applicant must pass any two accredited subjects additional to the 5 qualifying subjects:
History, Geography, Accounting, ..etc

2- Required Stamps:

1) Original certificate (not stamped)

2) Copy of the original certificate stamped from:
• The French Baccalaureate Center.
• Consultant Generale de France (in the country where the student took the certificate).
• The Ministry of Education where the student took the Certificate.
• The Embassy of the Country where the student took the Certificate. The Egyptian
Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Proof of 12 years of schooling:

• If the school is inside Egypt, then the required stamps are: School stamp and the Ministry
of High Education ‫اإلدارة التعليمية التابعة للمدرسة‬
• If the school is outside Egypt then the required stamps are: School stamp, Ministry of High
Education in the country of the school, the country embassy and the Ministry of Foreign
affairs in Egypt.

Arabic & Religion exams paper:

• If the school is inside Egypt, then the required stamps are: General Examinations
Department in Egypt.

• If the school is outside Egypt then the required stamps are: School stamp, Ministry of
High Education in the country of the school, the Egyptian embassy in the country of the
school and the ministry of foreign affairs in the country of the school.
