Once we receive all the particulars mentioned in point 3, we will

send a fee receipt acknowledgement to your email id. Hard copy of
the fee receipt with a seal and sign can be collected from the Office
of Admissions at PES University Ring Road Campus

Alternatively, if you prefer to make the payment through a Demand

Draft (DD), you can do so by following the below procedure…

For PES University BTech - Draw 2 separate DDs for Rs.

2,50,000/- and Rs. 10,000/- in favor of PES University
General Fund, payable at Bangalore. This needs to be
submitted to the Office of Admissions at PES University Ring
Road Campus with the filled letter of undertaking.

For IUP BTech - Draw 2 separate DDs for Rs. 2,50,000/-

and Rs. 10,000/- in favor of PES IUP Program payable at
Bangalore. This needs to be submitted to the Office of
Admissions at PES University Ring Road Campus with the
filled letter of undertaking.

Please understand that this blocking of seat is provisional in nature. Final

confirmation of admission will be given only after duly verifying the below
mentioned aspects for its completeness at our University at a later
stage…

Payment of remaining fee of Rs 2,50,000/- (for PES University

BTech)/ Rs. 7,00,000 (for IUP BTech)

Original Marks card of the qualifying examination (10+2)

10th grade original marks card

Semester/yearly marks cards from 1st to 6th/8th semester (as

applicable)
 Degree/ Provisional Degree certificate

Transfer Certificate (if available)

Migration Certificate (if applicable)

Copy of Aadhar Card.

Fee paid receipt of the tuition fee

4 Copies of each of colour Passport and Stamp size photographs

3 Copies of the above documents (self-attested)

Fulfilment of eligibility criteria as mentioned in our website

Fulfilment of University norms.

*All admissions are done on first come first serve basis subject to
availability of seats and fulfilment of eligibility criteria.
**In case of withdrawal of admission, it can be done on or before 24th
September2021 (for PES University BTech)/ 24th September 2021 (for IUP
BTech). 100% refund will be done except for Rs. 10,000.
***Cash deposits directly into the above-mentioned PES account is strictly
not allowed. Only NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/UPI transactions are allowed

If the seat is already blocked, ignore this email.

You should block the seat on or before 30th August  2021. In case you
