Examples could be a hypnotised person or perhaps a medium in a trance, neither of whom would consciously realise that they
are engaging in acts which make others believe - such as that a 'spirit' has moved an object.

Type of Breach Explanation

Based on the video, the scam happened during the pandemic. The reason as to why the scammers did what they did is because
they too wanted a get rich quick scheme to survive. On the other hand fraud is a type of crime in which scammers would try to
deceive other people with false or unlawful representation in order to acquire financial or personal gain. It is fraudulent because
the scammers tried to lure the investors with falsified documents making it seem like it is a legitimate business.

Type of Breach Explanation

As reported by TV Patrol news, a food at a stall in SM North was served unknowingly with a cockroach in it. A complaint was
filed against the owner of the store. Upon further inspections, it turned out that the food stall was operating without sanitary
permits and employees without health certificates also. In this case, it is a form of negligence on the part of the employer and
all the employees because they were aware of the situation. These kinds of operations are not allowed under the civil code of
the Philippines. In addition, article 1903 states that “Any person who by an act or omission causes damage to another by his
fault or negligence shall be liable for the damage done.”
