WEEK ONE.

Base on my own experience in farming there are several enimies which destroy our plants and one of
the destructive enemies are insect espicially flying insect like leaf hopper ,white flies,plant hopper and
other flying insect it destroy the leaves of our plants which is primary involve in the process of
photosynthesis. There are hard to eliminate even I use insecticide , because its have the ability to fly and
go what ever they want so that the chemical that I spray is not totally contact with those insect.Now I
have my research the idea that I gain is making a light trap by the help of my research and my own
experience l realize that flying insect are actractive at the light , because when I spray at night flaying
insect move around to my flashlight. so I come up in my project and make my onw light trap not totally
to eliminate all flying insect but to minimize the harmful effect of those flying insect. The materials that I
been use in making light trap are empty cheeze chiz bottle,tire wire, piece of cloth,old basin, water and
gas.

WEEK TWO

In this week I harvested mu string beans after applying fish amino acid (FAA).I get the total harvest of 50
kilograms ready for sale. I see the good effect of using Fish amino acid to our crops it enrich the
productivity of crops and gives darker leaves and thick leaves. I sold it in my barangay and other nearby
barangay I sell it 50 pesos per kilogram and I sold it all so that I have been the total income of 2,500
pesos within the day. The interval of harvest is every other day . For me it is good to sell your own
product by yourself, so that you can it in a higher price. I don’t depends to the traders who pay my
product with a lower price. Because I observe that if your product is fresh and quality it have a higher
demand at the market. Then after I finish my dealing I visit my compost peat and compost bin.

WEEK THREE

In this week I decided to bought and raise my own chicken. I bought 30 pieces of broiler chicken each
chicken cost 50 pesos the total amount that I spent in buying chicken is 1,500 pesos. The money that I
been use to bought chicken is my own income in dealing my vegetables product. I bought chicken
because I want to know if Fish amino acid can be alternative as organic vitamins to our chicken. Every
feeding time 7 o clock in a morning and 4 o clock in the afternoon I mix 10 ml of fish amino acid in one
liter of water and it serve as my water of my broiler. I observe that there is no big difference either with
or without fish amino acid in the water better to do is fed our chicken with proper feeding practice fed
in exact time 7 o clock in a morning then 4 o clock in the afternoon. Then give clean water better to
change 2-3 times a day to maintain the cleanliness of the water. I also fed my broiler with vegetable
leftover at my garden, by those practices I surely that your broiler will grow fast even more than you
expected.

WEEK FOUR

Like a ordinary I visit my pigs and fed them and give them water and I clean my pigsty and I bathed
them. After I finish cleaning and feeding my pigs I fed also my broiler and give them water. Time to visit
my garden I cultivating and weeding my string beans garden because I see a lot of tall and healthy weeds
in my garden my be because they also consume the nutrients that I given in my plants by applying fish
amino acid. Instead of using a herbicide I weed out and put it at the composting area and eventually it
will become fertilizer that can be use by my plants. Sometimes I put the grasses between plants and I
cover it for quick a decomposing .

WEEK FIVE

In farming before you are called expert you must first go through many mistakes and those many
mistakes will give you a challenge on how to correct and make it even better, and you can think of new
things that will help you to grow in knowledge, things that will be the answer to mistakes made. Like the
light trap that I made it help me to minimize the harmful effect of flying insect that can’t kill even
chemical insecticide. Formulating my own fertilizer the fish amino acid (FAA) that serve as liquid
fertilizer which good to enriching the yield of crops, it can be alternative in foliar fertilizer which is very
rich in nitrogen and other nutrients by using fish amino acid a save many because I don’t need to buy
commercial fertilizer I can produce own fertilizer. Having a compost peat at the garden is very important
and very useful because through it you can produce your own compost that you will not buy and more
effective. Imagine if you could make your own fertilizer and you the knowledge to reduce flaying insect
by means of using light trap and make a very effective liquid fertilizer. It will be a great help to the
famers and it will bring great savings.
