Cardiovascular
Endurance
Is an indication of a person's overall physical
health. Cardiovascular endurance tests monitor
how well the heart, lungs and muscles perform
during moderate to high intensity exercise.
Body Composition
In physical fitness, body composition is used to describe the
percentage of fat, bone and muscle in human bodies. Because
muscular tissue takes up less space in the body than fat tissue,
body composition, as well as weight determines leanness. Two
people with the same body weight may look completely
different because they have a different body composition.
Muscular Strength
Refers to the amount of force a muscle can
produce with a single maximal effort. Muscular
definition is the visual aspect when muscle
shape is visible through the skin and underlying
body fat.

Muscular Endurance
Muscular endurance is the highest amount of
force that a muscle group is able to pull or push
in a single contraction. Circuit training, and
bodyweight exercises are all good ways to build
muscle endurance.
Flexibility
Flexibility is the ability of a joint or group of joints to move
through their full range of motion without pain or restriction.

Even though flexibility varies a lot from person to person,

everyone needs to stay within certain minimum ranges to keep
their joints and bodies healthy.

Squats, lunges, and stretching can enhance the body's flexibility.

agility

Agility is the ability to move quickly and easily in

response to change or challenge, but in a
business setting, the term really depends on the
context.
speed
The speed in physical education is the maximum frequency at
which it is possible for an individual to cover a distance or to
make a movement in a specific period of time. Speed is a
combination of reaction time and movement time. Reaction time
is the time it takes an individual to respond to a stimulus.
power
Power in this sense is the ability to transform physical energy
into force at a fast rate, with emphasis placed on the speed of
the action. Such actions require high yield, short duration energy
production that is reliant on anaerobic energy systems and fast-
twitch muscle fibres.
coordination
Coordination is the ability to execute smooth, accurate,
controlled motor responses (optimal interaction of muscle
function). Coordination is the ability to select the right muscle at
the right time with proper intensity to achieve proper action.
balance
Balance is a term used to describe
the ability to maintain an upright
position. The term “postural
stability” describes balance more
specifically as the ability of an
individual to maintain their center
of gravity within a base of support.
Body Composition
Reaction time is the last dash point for skill-related components
of physical fitness. It refers to the speed at which an athlete
responds to an external stimulus. Reaction time relates directly
to agility but is a smaller component of physical fitness. Reaction
time relates to performance because it is used frequently in
various sporting scenarios.
