SUGGESTIONS & CONCLUSION

5.1 SUGGESTIONS
• Company Branding Initiatives and improvising the existing communication channels
which will help the organization to emphasis continuously on their support initiatives and
impart the same on the minds of Employees not only in abroad countries in India too.

• The Company may continue to work closely with the employees and provide support
wherever required. Constant communication is also necessary. So that, they can reach many
people to get insurance for their life protection.

• The organization must get to know the right information about the customers and have
to move on so that the right people will get right benefits according to their needs and
satisfaction about their own requirements

• Transparency isn't just positive for employees. The effects of a transparent company
culture impact the entire organization and produces highly engaged employees

• Company would have extended the time for the internship period so that students could
be able to understand deeply about the importance and its information regarding the company
profile and their service based products for servicing the customers and that would have been
much more easier for the students to achieve the targets in a better way to reach the customers
and for their benefit in insurance field.

• As internship is generally used to conduct in offline but here Briisk company conducted
through online was easier for students to attend but would have conducted in a different
activities for each individual so that it might help students to learn things particularly about the
importance and the way to reach customers etc but it was informative as well in the past
sessions.

• Can keep staff members in many numbers so that the students would have reached out
to them in case of any doubt clarification and that would definitely help them out to reach
customers and can attain more benefit for them to explain to the customers and would get some
knowledge and information as well regarding the policy and plans

5.2 CONCLUSION

It was a great opportunity to be the part in doing intern in BRIISK insurance Tech company
with insurance based Company. Being it was a very short span of time but the level of
learning’s helps us to provide wide variety of knowledge about various roles and
responsibilities of insurance and about banking in the real-time in an insurance based company.
It was an absolute wonderful experience working with BRIISK Pvt Ltd.

The friendly welcoming teams with friendly employees and the space they have created for a
trainee/intern allowed me with ample opportunities to learn and know myself as a worker. This
virtual experience brought out my strength and also the areas I needed to improvise.

It added more confidence to my approach, built a stronger positive attitude and taught me how
to work in team as a player in a professional way and gained knowledge and it was informative
and helpful to know more about insurance and banking and main thing is that the way we need
to reach customers as well.

They conducted the tasks and that was so helpful for us to gain practical knowledge and
experience to reach and conveying the customers.

I am grateful to the entire team of the organization for their full support to make my working
experience truly rewarding. Especially working in this department made me realize my
competencies and level of understanding regarding the customers idea regarding the insurance
and banking service areas where people insure in a limited way and through this came to know
about the importance out of it .
On completion of this internship period gained knowledge and was like practical thing to reach
customers and as well a realistic idea about it.
Learnt about the different policies in day to day practical life. If people insure in it definitely
would get a great benefit in future.

Through this came to know about the app called SURE BUDDY through that even we could
help people out there to safe life and this is one good thing and through technology they took
initiative to make it and 5o help people to get benefit as well.

As an intern, though I had a limited space to work, I still managed to grab plentiful of
experiences. I made the best of every opportunity I was given and made the utmost use of my
abilities and knowledge to fulfill all my responsibilities.
Hence, I can sum up by saying that my internship experience was a milestone to my academic
and experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the challenges that came along each and every day. I
could also bring some minor improvisations during my internship which were able to leave
their marks. These lessons that I have learned will be an important one for my future
undertakings also.
