COMMUNITY ACTION PLAN: Seminar: Pressures Experienced by Grade 12


Senior High School Students and Coping Mechanisms of Having Single
Parents

ADVOCACY: To give informations and motivational words to the students


regarding the issues that will be discussed.

VENUE: 9th Floor/ Penthouse of STI College Caloocan

GOALS:
1. To give information to the Grade 12 Senior High School Students of
STI College Caloocan.

2. To identify the different pressures and coping mechanism of the


Grade 12 Senior High School Students of STI College Caloocan

3. To give an advice and applicable solution on how will they handle


the existing problem.

BENEFICIARIES:
1. The beneficiaries are Grade 12 Senior High School Student of STI
College Caloocan.

STRATEGIES:

- Get the permission from the head of the school to conduct the
community action plan.
- Inform the presidents of every section that we will be having a
seminar and conduct a survey.

Advocacy: Let’s Lessen the Pressure, Let’s Talk.

B. GOALS
1. To give information about the tracks and the Pressure of
Grade 12 Senior High School Students of STI College Caloocan.
2. To identify the different pressures of the Students of STI
College Caloocan
3. To give an advice and applicable solution on how will they
handle the pressure.
C. BENEFICIARIES
The beneficiaries are Grade 12 Senior High School Student of
STI College Caloocan.
D. STRATEGIES
Door to door or we will find the Academic track which include
the HUMMS, STEM, ABM, and GAS. It also help because they know
the different pressure based on their experience.

ACCOMPLISHMENT:

1. We would like to conduct the community-action plan in STI College


Caloocan.
2. The beneficiaries of this plan are Grade 12 Senior High School
Strand of Academic Tracks.
The date that we wanted is January 22-24, 2020 also we will
spent 2-3 hours to finish the community-action plan.
3. We would share the empowerment even-though you are experiencing
pressures.
4. The things that we wanted to share or to learn is “How to handle
the pressures even-though you experienced this kind of pressure.”

Community Action Plan: To provide a seminar among grade 12 students


regarding on how to handle every situations wisely.

Advocacy: To educate grade 12 students about the different strategies


that they can do whenever they are in their bad days.

Venue: STI College Caloocan

Goals:

1. To identify the different mannerisms among Grade 12 students of STI


College Caloocan.

2. To know how their students react upon the situations and how they
care up to it.

3. To spread an information that will educate grade 12 students to be


wiser in handling situations.

1. Grade 12 student

Strategies: Provide an entertainment or a game that will catch


student's attention to be more participative and cooperative.

Progress:

Despite of the variety of mannerisms and behavior that Grade 12


students have, they tend to cope up and respond to this situations
wisely because of the different activities that we conducted.

Key concept of the community engagement: Cyclical Theory

1. We would like to conduct this action plan within the school.

2. The beneficiaries of our community action plan are the Grade 12


students of STI College Caloocan.

3. We would like to conduct this activities by the 4th week of January


( 27-31). It would take 2-3 hours to be accomplished.

4. The activities that the community needed are seminar and team
building activity.

5. The things that we want the members of community to learn from us


is to be passionate and optimistic at all times.

Community Action Plan: The School Nutritional Feeding Program for


Grade 12 Students of STI College Caloocan

Advocacy: Our advocacy is to give the students a healthy and


nutritional foods for them to be able to perform great in class and to
be physically and mentally strong.

Venue: STI College Caloocan

Goals:

1. To give them healthy and nutritional foods


2. To make them stronger in terms of physical and mental health
3. To help them to build a healthy body

11 Aggressive Reaction at STI Caloocan

Advocacy:

A. Goals

1. To promote media literacy among the student.


2. To help the students organise a schedule in using different media
3. To help them realise the risk of using different media

B. Beneficiaries

Students - because they can apply some of the thing that we are going
to share to them
Parents - because their children will be able to stay on the safe zone
of the media

C. Strategies

Provide a short documentary about the risks of using media carelessly


Prepare a talk about the correlation of aggressive reaction to social
media shared post
