Digimar CX1

Measuring program and evaluation of repetitive measurements

Measuring program

With the Teach-in mode you can quickly devise a measuring

program. You only need to measure the work piece once, save
this and the measuring program is ready to go. The motorized
carriage will travel automatically to the measuring position.
The measuring function will start automatically, this reduces
the testing time for a mini series consisting of only a few test
pieces.

• 1D and 2D measuring program

Statistics

Extensive yet enables selective statistical evaluation in the form

of histograms, control charts and Pareto charts on either the
CX1 or optionally on a PC.

Visustat-Software

The Visustat program from Mahr can be used for transferring

the measured values of either one or several Digimar DX1
instruments to a master computer (PC) where they are stored
and are available for statistical evaluations. Furthermore,
measuring programs can either be sent from or to the master
computer. If necessary the measuring programs can even be
edited with Visustat. All printers and plotters compatible to
Windows can be used for outputting measuring records.
