Here is my result of Listening test 1 from Cambridge book # 16

Lessons learnt:

* The speaker speaks with unusual haste (= is very fast)

* Part 4 (31-40) is a cakewalk provided you underline the words before the blank and wait for the
speaker to get there

Note that there is no break in between the part.

* Maps - every time you find an answer, strike the letter off so that you are left with limited options
to choose from

* Part 1 - the question of the customer can turn out to be the answer

for e.g.

Customer - Will I have any parking problems there?

Rep - No. There's always plenty available.
