Notice of Overdue Balance

MADAM GLENDA ADDANGNA,

Our records indicated that payment on your account is overdue in the amount of Nine
Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Three pesos (Php 9,843.00) that had a due date of
September 12, 2022.

You have not notified us of any reason for non-payment of this amount, neither we have
received any payment which is now overdue.

If you could not meet the deadline, please either arrange to settle the credit balance on
your account or contact our Office within the next 10 days.

Please be aware that non-payment of a credit balance may result in the suspension of
your account and legal action that the Aagapay sa Mamamayang Nangangailangan
Credit Cooperative (AGMANA) may take as a last resort to your negligence.

Dear Mr/Mrs:

Our records indicated that despite sending you the first Warning of non-payment of your
account, you were still unable to reach us. This second warning is for your overdue
credit balance in the amount of three thousand two hundred pesos (Php 3,200.00) that
had a due date of September 3, 2022, and an additional 5% of interest for the extension
of your balance this month.

We encourage you to notify us of any reason for non-payment of this amount or settle
the amount of your credit balance on your account or contact our Office within the next
10 days.

If you could not meet the deadline, please be aware that non-payment of a credit balance
may result in the suspension of your account and legal action that the AGMANA Credit
Cooperative may take as a last resort to your negligence.

FINAL DEMAND LETTER

Dear Mr/Mrs:

We refer to your overdue account full details of which have previously been supplied to
you in writing. We note that the amount of three thousand two hundred pesos (Php
3,200.00) had a due date of September 3, 2022, and an additional 5% of interest for the
extension of your balance this month is currently outstanding, and payment has not
been made in respect of your account in over 20 days, despite our repeated reminders.
We wish to inform you that we have a strict policy of pursuing all debts owed to us.
Accordingly, if payment is not made in respect of the above account within SEVEN (7)
DAYS of the date of this letter we will be forced to instruct our solicitors to initiate legal
proceedings to recover the debt owed by you.

Please note that in the event that we will have no choice but to pass this letter to the
Barangay in order to settle this amount or to initiate legal proceedings against you an
application will also be made to the Barangay or court to have you fixed with the legal
costs of these proceedings along with any other fees which are necessary and incidental
to the same, including any barristers’ fees, court stamp duty, and any other associated
costs.
If we do not receive your payment in the amount of Three thousand three hundred sixty
(PHP 3,360.00) within SEVEN DAYS (7 Days) of the date of this letter, we will commence
legal proceedings against you immediately without further notice.
Please give this matter your immediate attention and contact us immediately to settle
this outstanding debt in order to avoid legal action being commenced against you
without further notice.
