The true self is the one that displays a person's characteristics, skills, tendencies, and traits. The
foundation of who they are is it. It has to do with the way they appear, act, feel, and think. It
represents who we really are—how we feel, act, think, and look. Our genuine selves are our self-
images, which are what others can see because we are unable to fully understand how we are
perceived by others.

1. Spontaneity - It is the freedom to express oneself without restrictions. If we feel secure,
cherished, and unburdened by stress, we can maintain and grow our spontaneity.

2. Reasoning - It is sound reasoning that explains how we understand life and move forward
in it. We may learn more about the world and ourselves through reasoning, and there are
countless ways to engage in life.

3. Creativity - The potential to create anything from our "originality of mind" is expressed
uniquely through creativity. We can acquire abilities that we frequently do not fully
comprehend or engage with in order to apply our skills to new possibilities, self-
awareness, and identity strengthening.

4. Free Will - Gaining an objective understanding of our circumstances depends on our

capacity to decide and to think outside of ourselves. By exercising our free will, we
understand that we don't have to repeat what has been spoken to us; instead, we can use
our own voice.

5. Spiritually - It is a mystery because it originates from our encounters with God and
because it goes beyond our understanding and knowledge. Our response to God's call and
interaction with the spirit of life's mystery are both examples of spirituality.

6. Discernment - It is our capacity to discriminate between Good and Evil and to opt for the
former. It is also the capacity to act morally and to make moral decisions. Though it is
truth-driven, it is not being judgmental.

7. Love – It is about the respect, honesty, and reciprocity are produced as a result of the
connection's genuine caring, great passion, and personal nature. A physical, emotional,
and spiritual attraction to someone is also a part of it.

Your Ideal-Self is an outline of the kind of person you would most like to become if you could
acquire the qualities you most wish for. All your life, you have seen and heard about the virtues
of integrity, courage, self-assurance, compassion, love, fortitude, perseverance, patience, and
forgiveness. Simply said, your ideal self is a future version of "you" that encompasses all of your
aspirations, objectives, convictions, principles, and behaviors. Who you strive to be, your ideal
self, is the best version of yourself in every way.
Three Major Components of the Ideal – Self
1. Dreams of the desired Future - is the route that you deem ideal and preferable. It serves as
a substitute for the likely. We can "course correct" and change the course of our lives
thanks to it. a person's sense of calling or life's purpose, passion, values, and operational
philosophy, as well as their age or stage in life or their employment, are the result.

2. Hope - is an emotional driver of the ideal self and a positive motivational state that is
founded on an interactively acquired feeling of effective agency and paths. The
developing ideal self is shaped, modified, and energized by hope as an emotional state.

3. Person’s Core Identity - The core identity is the personal context within which underlies
the historical and ongoing aspects of a person's ideal self and one's deeply ingrained
autobiographical themes that give a vision coherence and intensity. In this way, the core
identity is the set of enduring individual characteristics that are relatively stable and
likely unconscious, such as his or her unconscious motives and traits, as well as roles
adopted consistently in social settings.
