As a result of analysis, it’s clear that the main strength is availability of stock, the products are in
reasonable prices and have enough persons to market the product. These allow it to offer excellent
customer services.

The business’ weaknesses are the delay in delivery process, over market price than others and
the weak marketing strategy. Though I have enough persons to market my product, but it is not enough
because of the weak marketing strategy.

There are opportunities in having a wide range of customers. This can bring a company’s growth
in sales. If this is so the business can offer a rapid-response and good-value services to customers.
