Demax has recognised, and addressed, the limitations associated with

concrete staircases - especially those with a geometrical form.

The way that we structure the process means that you will know the total cost
of your completed staircase before we begin manufacture and you are
welcome to visit our factory and discuss all elements of your project at any
time prior to, and during, construction.

Having consulted with yourself and your architect, Demax staff will design your
entire staircase - from the important structural details through to the finest
aesthetic finishing. We offer a full CAD drawing service including the option of
full walk-through illustrations. Samples of all build components used in the
construction of your staircase are available for you to view before we
commence manufacture.

Your entire staircase project will be constructed at our works - including fitting
of hardwood or stone treads, risers, balustrade and hand-carved handrails. The
carcass will then be delivered to your site and fixed with temporary, plywood
treads for use during construction. Towards the conclusion of your site project,
the treads (no bounce or hollow-echo), balustrade and handrails will be fitted.
