SUBJECT DIVISIONAL ORIENTATION TO NESTLE WELLNESS CAMPUS PROGRAM
FOR SY 2022-2023 AND TRAINING OF SPORTS OFFICIATING OFFICIALS
AND COACHES

1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 479, s. 2022 dated August 5, 2022 titled The
Nestle Wellness Campus Program 2022 and School Sports Implementation, this
Office advises all school heads, School Wellness Program focal persons, School Sports
Program focal persons, Sports officiating officials, and coaches to join the Divisional
Orientation to Nestle Wellness Campus Program for SY 2021-2022 and Training of
Sports Officiating Officials and Coaches on September 21-23, 2022 at Lanao Norte
National Comprehensive High School, Baroy, Lanao del Norte.

2 Relative to the above activity, there will be a Meeting of all Toumament Managers and
Sports&Wellness Lead School Heads on September2, 2022, 9:00 AM at the Division
Office Function Hall, Pigcarangan, Tubod, Lanao del Norte.

Travelling and other incidental expenses incurred during the above activities shall be
charged to local/MOOE funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

4 Attached are the List of Tournament Managers and the Activity Matrix for guidance

5 Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Memorandum is desired
