This Diision

1. The School Governance and Operations Division, through the Special Programs and Projects
Section, shall conduct a Divisional Training for School Sports Officiating Oficials and Coaches
on October 26-28, 2023 at Mindanao Civic Center, Sagadan, Tubod, Lanao del Norte.

2. The activity aims to strengthen the school-based sports program implementation SY 2023-24 and to
capacitate the officiating offieials and coaches on the latest policies and guidelines in the different
sporting events. There shall be invited resource persons from the intemational, national and regional
sports arena.

3.The participants to this activity are preferably untrained coaches &officiating officials at least one
() coach &officiating official per elementary school and 2 coaches and oficiating oficials per
secondary & integrated schools.
4. Relative to the above event, there will be a Meeting of all Tournament Managers on October I
2023.9:00 AM at the Division Office Function Hall, Pigcarangan, Tubod, Lanao del Norte.
5. Travelling and other incidental expenses incurred during the above activities shall be charged to
local MOOE funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
6. Attached are the List of Tournament Managers and Facilitators and Training Matrix for guidance.
7. Immed iate disseminationof and strict compliance with this Memorandum is desirgd.
