MINUTES OF THE MEETING

Salient points taken during the meeting for the forthcoming 2023
Lingayen, Municipal Meet last November 14, 2023, at Pangasinan School
of Arts and Trades.

Present:

Dr. Ellen S. Fernandez – Lingayen II PSDS and OIC of Lingayen III.
Dr. Mariel Calima - Principal IV, Pangasinan National High School
Dr. Jonathan Estrada – Principal III, Pangasinan School of Arts & Trades
Dr. Joyce Arce – Principal IV, Lasip National High School
Dr. Teresita J. Doria, Principal II, Malawa Integrated School
Dr. Dolores G. Racraquin, Principal IV, Domalandan Integrated School
Mdm. Hilda F. Moralista – PSAT, School Head-In-Charge in Sports
Sports Coordinator (Public & Private)

1. Mdm. Hilda F. Moralista presented the Legal Basis and Guidelines

in conducting the Municipal Inter-School Sports Club Competition
for the SY 2023-2024.

2. Municipal Meet will be on November 23-24, 2023, at Narciso

Ramos Sports and Civic Center and Pangasinal School of Arts
&Trade.
3. Screening/checking of forms will be School-based. Gallery will be
submitted to respective Tournament Manager.

4. Forms to be checked are the following:

 AR-1 (Athlete’s Record)
 SF9 Certified True Xerox Copy Signed by the School Head
 Birth Certificate (PSA/NSO)
 Parental Consent
 Medical Certificate
 Gallery

5. Opening Program will be held at Pangasinan School of Arts &

Trades on November 23, at exactly 7:30 AM. After the opening
program games will start. Players together with their coaches
should proceed at their designated places.

A. Athletics, will be played at NRSCC Grounds.

B. Chess will be at SCC
C. Badminton and Table Tennis will be played PSAT
D. Dance Sports and Gymnastics at Sison Auditorium (tentative
only)
E. Taekwondo at Saint Columban’s College
F. Tennis will be at NRSCC Tennis Court
G. Sepak Takraw will be at NRSCC 1st option, PSAT (2nd option)
H. Basketball Boys & Girls will be at PNHS
I. Volleyball Boys at Saint Columban’s College
J. Volleyball Girls at Lingayen Civic Center
K. Sepak Takraw will be at PSAT

6. Tournament Managers/Officiating Officials (please see separate

page for the list) will be in charge for the equipment/s to be used in
their events. Only balls for tennis and table tennis and shuttlecock
for badminton and payment for outside Technical Officials will be
provided by the management and . (Reminder: No racket, No play)
 7. For chess, players/coaches will be responsible for their own chess
mat/board. No chess mat/board, no play.

8. It was agreed upon that certificates only will be awarded for the
athletes and coaches, tournament managers and officiating officials.

9. Financial aid for the Municipal Meet will be ₱50.00/teacher and

school head. Please remit the aid on November 21, 2023 to Mam
Hilda Moralista, School Head-In-Charge in Sports. Dr. Daisy Tello,
Ling.I PSDS and Dr. Ellen Fernandez, Ling.II PSDS and OIC Ling.
III shared 1,000 each for the Municipal Meet Expenses.
