QUESTION:
A 45-year old male with history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus type II came to

emergency department presented with complaint of syncopal attack and burning sensation

chest pain and sweating while watching television. At emergency department, vital signs

were taken and blood pressure is 90/70 mmHg and oxygen saturation is 90% in room air.

Electrocardiography (ECG) done for this patient. This patient was referred to Cardiologist for

further management.

Based on the ECG given:

1- Do the complete interpretation and give diagnosis for this ECG


2- Explain the ECG finding correlate with patient condition.
3- Explain the best treatment for this patient.
