Notes:

• For water calibration the cleaning system will have to be stopped.


• After calibration is performed normal tempering time (conditioning time check with
costumer) will be allowed before measurement of wheat moisture content
• For scales calibration some parts of the process will have to be suspended
• Operator will be needed for assist and training.

List of Required elements

For water calibration:

1. Container or bucket with capacity of at least 20 liters


2. Scale to measure the collected water
3. Hose connected to the T valve for easy calibration

For scale calibration:

1. 4 x 20 kg. weights
2. Standard weights (3kg) for MZAL and MYFE
3. Ladder in good condition to access elements at high in case needed

For Analysis:

The laboratory or laboratory equipment will have to be available to do the required analyses for
calibrations and quality controls.

• 1st Conditioning wheat moisture

• Flour moisture and ash content
