Both students profit from fostering integration and understanding around multicultural
education, as well as teaching in a culturally sensitive manner. Not only does increasing multicultural
understanding and integration aid students of varied cultures and needs in succeeding, but it also
promotes acceptance and allows students learn to excel in an increasingly diverse environment. Our
Certificate Program in Social, Emotional, and Behavioral Wellness is a perfect way for teachers to learn
how to build healthy learning experiences and can also act as a foundation for understanding how to
foster diversity in the classroom. And as a future educator I do believe that Diversity in the classroom
and outside of it will continue to increase, so it's critical that we educate students to adjust to a
changing environment and welcome others who are different from them. Learn more on how the Drexel
