URGENT MOTION TO RESET HEARING

Undersigned counsel states that:

1. This case is set for hearing on October 20, 2022 at 8:30 o’clock
in the morning;

2. However, the undersigned counsel has a conflict in his

schedule due to series of urgent meetings tomorrow in the
First Congressional District are of Negros Occidental which
needs his personal presence, being the retained counsel for
the said District;

3. For such reason, he is asking the indulgence of this Honorable

Court that the scheduled hearing for the above-captioned case
be reset to December 1, 2022 at 8:30 in the morning or at a
date most convenient to the calendar of this Honorable Court;

4. This urgent motion is not intended to delay the proceedings

but on account of the reason cited.
