Present your interview

LUCKY MAG’s INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

1. Why did you buy that cellphone?

2. Tell me more...
3. Tell me more about ... [about what was being answered
previously]
4. And ...
5. Really ...
What about that? [‘that’ refers to what was being
answered previously]
Why is that important to you?
What were the challenges you
encountered during the crafting
of interview questions?
The first problem we encounter is on how do
we craft the interview questions. We had a
hard time deciding in our group what
questions do we ask them.
We also had a problem on deciding who were
the people we are going to interview. And
who will interview them.
How did the team manage the
challenges encountered?
First, our team leader reminded us of our target
client, which is the students in USTP Oroquieta.
Then, we decided what do we want to know about
them. That’s when our team decided to ask
questions about how gadgets are useful to them in
their studies

Our team leader then assigned each one of us to

interview at least 2 of our friends here in the
campus. All in all, we’d have 6 interviewees.
Who were the persons you
interviewed?
LUCKY MAG’s INTERVIEWEES

Melissa interviewed 2
freshmen students

Arnold interviewed 2
sophomore students Gerald interviewed 2 Senior
year students
Why did you choose to interview
them?
Our team interviewed our friends here in the
campus. We chose to interview our friends so
that it would be easier for us to approach
them.
What were the challenges you
encountered during the
interview?
During the interview, it seems like the
interviewees don’t understand our questions.

Because our interviewees are our friends, we had a

hard time making a serious interview. Most of them
laughed at us asking questions in English. We are not
sure if we got legit answers from them.
How did you go about these
challenges?
Out team decided to review our questions and
make it more specific. Also we re-conducted the
interview but this time, we exchanged friends to
interview. Melisa interviewed Arnold’s friends.
Arnold interviewed Melisa’s Friends and I
interviewed Gerald’s Friends.
What were the things you were
grateful of doing?
Support

Patience

Initiative
What were the things you
wished you didn't do?
It would have been better if we did not
let our leader decide alone.

Letting the leader craft interview

questions and just wait without giving
our idea
Present a summary of group
reflection for today's activity.
This activity made us realize that interviewing a
client is not that easy. You need to ask the right
questions, because if you don’t, you won’t get
the rights answers. It also made us realize how
teamwork is very important. If one groupmate
does not cooperate, it affects the output of the
group.
