I. Interview Questions:
1. How did you get start in sports management and player representation?
The most dedicated professionals in the sector begin with a degree in sports management from a
reputable, accredited institution of higher learning. You can choose from a variety of courses to get
you started, including a bachelor's in business administration with an emphasis in sports
management. sports management bachelor's degree. I’m a BS sports management. I started with
this dream when I was young, I wanted it. And I’m working now. So students who get a bachelor's
degree in sports management receive instruction in leadership, business, operations, and
analytical skills within the framework of the sports industry.
2. What are the some of the biggest challenges you face day-to-day in the sports management
industry?
Along the way, not much has changed in the sports sector. It's true that they have made
technological adjustments to improve athletes' equipment, make arbitration more impartial, and
broadcast events on television. However, the business model has remained constant over time.
Due to this, an unexpected occurrence like the Covid-19 epidemic, which altered the working
model of several sectors and sped up the digitalization of the world, highlighted numerous
industrial flaws and issues. The issues the sports sector faces today are numerous and may be
studied from various perspectives, including marketing, retail, and telecommunications. Today,
though, we'll concentrate on the obstacles and difficulties that come with using technology to
enhance the sector's experience.
3. Technology and social media have changed sports media; how has technology affected the field of
sports management and player representation?
Social networking is increasingly being ingrained in today's sports culture. Fans use social media
to discuss and interact with sports-related issues and material as more people spend more time
online. Additionally, businesses are developing inventive strategies to support their sports teams
and boost sports conversation. Technology has given us access to a vast amount of data that
spectators, athletes, and especially coaching staff may use to their advantage. Teams may now
make more precise adjustments thanks to analytics data, and coaching staff no longer must rely
solely on talent and intuition to create a game plan.

II. For interviewee question:


After conducting the interview, what is the reflection you got from the sport managers/coaches in terms
of sport management and player representation?
A lack of purpose may result from an athlete not understanding their job or thinking that their efforts will
not affect the outcome. Their confidence may decline as a result.
