For ECQ declared places, students under 21 years old is not allowed to go outside
their residences.
Those who have cold, cough, and fever should stay at home and are advised to
have a check-up as soon as possible.

Major Examination:
Strictly “No-Permit, No-Exam” Policy will be implemented. Examinations shall be scheduled and
students should strictly follow their scheduled date of examination.
Process is provided below:
1. Statement of Account issued by the Cashier will be send via email, messenger, phone call
or text message either to the student or his/her guardian.
2. After receipt of Statement of Account, payment should be made. Payment can be made
through the following:
o School Cashier
o Deposit via Landbank Account
o Remittance Center
3. After payment has been made, permit for examination shall be secured.
4. Permit should be presented all the time prior taking the examination.
Quizzes/Outputs:
Attendance will be based on the quizzes or outputs. It should be expected every end
of module or online session.
