Major Examination:
 Strictly “No-Permit, No-Exam” Policy will be implemented. Examinations shall be scheduled and
students should strictly follow their scheduled date of examination.
 Process is provided below:
1. Statement of Account issued by the Cashier will be send via email, messenger, phone call
or text message either to the student or his/her guardian.
2. After receipt of Statement of Account, payment should be made. Payment can be made
through the following:
o School Cashier
o Deposit via Landbank Account
o Remittance Center
3. After payment has been made, permit for examination shall be secured.
4. Permit should be presented all the time prior taking the examination.
Quizzes/Outputs:
 Attendance will be based on the quizzes or outputs. It should be expected every end
of module or online session.

Project And Assessment:


This will serve as the “compliance activity” for every subject enrolled. The deadline
and its format will depend on your Instructor.
