KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That WILFRED G. FABELLO and NERESSA G. FABELLO , both of legal age,

Filipino citizens, both single, and a resident of Quezon City , do to hereby NAME,
CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT, MARK ANTHONY A. CALURA and/or
ELIZABETH Q. NARCISO, both of legal age, Filipino citizens, and residents of
Tarlac, City , to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our name,
place and stead, and for our own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of
the following acts and things to wit:

1. To represent us before the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Registry of Deeds

(ROD), Provincial Assessor, Provincial Treasurer, Municipal Assessor and
Municipal Treasurer, Local Civil Registral (LCR) in connection with the
processing and transfer of 2 titles which are more particularly described as
follows
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO.T-201126

"A parcel of land (Lot 5502-B of the subdivision plan Psd-03-013399, being a portion of
lot 5502 Victoria Cad, ; L. R. C. Rec. No.225) situated in the Barrio of San Jacinto,
Municipality of Victoria, Province of Tarlac, containing an area of SIX THOUSAND
THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO (6,372) SQUARE METERS more or less”

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO.T-201128

"A parcel of land (Lot 277-B of the subdivision plan Psd-03-011273, being a portion of
lot 277, Victoria Cadastre; L. R. C. Rec. No.225)., situated in the Barrio of San Jacinto,
Municipality of Victoria, Province of Tarlac, containing an area of TWO THOUSAND
EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT (2,898) SQUARE METERS more or less”

2. To pay any sum or amount requisite for the registration of the said title
relative to the transfer of ownership;

3. To get, receive, claim all necessary documents requisite for the registration
of the said titles;

4. To apply, issue, and verify our TIN Numbers;

5. And to generally do and perform all and every acts which may be requisite,
necessary or proper to carry out the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power

and authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes
as I might or could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all
that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these
presents.
