AFFIDAVIT OF NO PENDING CASE

We, EMILIANO JIMENEZ BAUN, married to Corazon G. Baun; FLORENCIO

JIMENEZ BAUN, married to Luzviminda P. Baun; and MARIA TERESITA B.
HIPOLITO, married to Ismael Hipolito, all of legal ages, Filipino citizens, and residents
of Atioc, San Miguel, Tarlac, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and state – THAT:

1. That we are the absolute and legal heirs of the late HERMOGENES C. BAUN
and ELIUTERIA JIMENEZ BAUN, who are the registered owners of a certain
parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. ___________ with
Emancipation Patent No. 420046 of the Registry of Deeds of the Province of
Tarlac, situated in San Miguel, Tarlac City, Tarlac, with an area of TWENTY-
SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE (27,961) SQUARE
METERS, more or less;

2. The above-described parcel of land is not subject of and not in any way involved
in any pending case before any judicial authorities, quasi-judicial bodies or
administrative agencies of the government;

3. That we are executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of all foregoing
declarations and for whatever legal purposes this may serve.
