Subject: Street Noises

It is a great hounour for me to write to you. The issue is that I live in a
thickly populated area whose streets are narrow. Moreover, from morning
till evening, street hawkers and beggars make noises. I am a student and
these clamours do not let me concentrate on my studies. This issue is not
limited to my personal self. There might be sick people living in the same
street. The noises might create unrest for them. In addition to this, my next
door neighbour is suffering from neurosis. When he hears these loud

voices, he starts screaming. This unrest is intensifying day by day, and I am
afraid if the situation remains the same, tolerance level of the residents will
decrease and some fight between the dwellers and the noisers is imminent.
I am writing to you because your paper is widely read, and the concerned

Dear Friend,
It is always felicitating to exchange words with you. Your letters are
not mere pieces of paper for me. They breathe and interact with me in actuality.
Although in person commination cannot be replaced, the letters perform a
significant role.
My friend, as you know, I live in Swat, a place worth-seeing. Lush green
forests are inviting. Heaven-kissing mountains are a feast for the eyes. The green
water of the river manifests the presence of emerald in plenty. I believe that
nature allures and the scenic beauty enchants. You remain busy in your studies all
the time, so I suggest you to take a break. Moreover, the government has opened
tourism with SOP’s and there is no rush in Swat Valley these days. So, if you are
afraid of Corona Virus, I ensure you that all is safe over here.
I can never forget the holidays I spent with you in Multan, your
hometown. The architectural delicacy of the shrines and the elegance of blue
pottery are the images permanent in my mind.
I am looking forward to your visiting soon. Gratitude to your mother,

This is to submit that the undersigned has qualified GRE on August 10, 2020.
The copy of the result is attached herewith. Higher Education Commission
Islamabad awarded the undersigned a scholarship for M. Phil. leading to Ph.D
programme at the University of Norway. The commission also advised the
undersigned to get his passport ready. All requirements have been fulfilled
accordingly.
The funds regarding the scholarship mentioned above have not been allocated
yet.
