Answer: Creating set of rules or expectation in teaching routine are important part of classroom
management. Know school guidelines for discipline procedures. Be fair, positive and consistent.
Keep classroom orderly. Get to know your student.

2. Compare Teacher Centered and teacher nominated approach.


Answer: In this approach only the teacher voice is heard. Teacher Centered instructor chooses
topics. Instructors evaluate student learning. Classroom is quiet.

3. Among the teaching approaches which do you think are the most appropriate in teaching Multi
Grade Classes? Why?
Answer: Student Centered Learning is a philosophy or an approach to education. A Student
Centered has four main characteristics voice, choice, competency-based progress and continues
monitoring of student needs.

4. Discuss the 3 top evidenced based teaching strategies for teachers. Which do you think is the
most effective teaching strategies. Why?
